location and parking is OK. Good value for money. The staff speaks some English. I would highly recommend the restaurant on the ground floor, which offered dinner - meat + buffet of garnish (vegetables and potatoes) + bottle of wine + soft drink for 11 eur per person. Excellent food, atmosphere and price, especially when you arrive in the evening starving :)

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Treviso area and I must say, it was a great value for money. Located just 30 minutes away from Venice, it was the perfect choice for those on a budget or looking to avoid staying directly in the city center. The hotel's convenient location near a bus stop, with regular trains to Venice, made exploring the area easy and affordable. The rooms were clean and while the beds weren't super comfy, the staff kindly provided extra pillows upon request. In addition, having Sky TV in the room was a pleasant surprise. The hotel also offered a delicious continental breakfast, served until 10:30 am, ensuring a good start to the day. The late-night bar and restaurant served tasty food, both à la carte and from a set menu, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Furthermore, the friendly and English-speaking staff were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
All in all, everything was just fine.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The shower was not working but the Hotel sorted the problem very quickly.
The Hotel room came as a bit of a shock as it was very small with an incredibly low, very hard bed. Unfortunately I had arrived with very bad backache and the fact we did not even have a chair in the room made for a very miserable holiday for me. We found the rooms too basic. The breakfast was good but very disorganised. We were a party of three and during our four night stay there was never a table for three laid up for us. We sat at a larger table on one occasion and were promply moved to a table for two ! We then had to search around for cutlery. All the other parties in the Dining room seemed to be catered for. This was very annoying and it was embarassing being moved in front of everybody in the Dining room.

Great location, just a short distance from popular attractions. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and gave us the energy we needed to start the day.
Our New Year's stay was spoiled by the lack of proper cleaning. The room had a bad odor and we found some unwanted guests, like cockroaches, in the bathroom.

Breakfast was delicious with chocolate crepes and omelettes! Staff were very helpful. We arrived late and the restaurant was closed. The man at the bar suggested a place were we could go and a have a pizza, even when we asked for an extra fan they provided us with another one.
It was a bit hot but when we added an extra fan the problem was solved.

It was great for what we wanted. We only stayed one night as a stoppover but there was a good sized apartment for the family and secure parking.
It was a bit more business oriented rather than tourist but we were only there briefly so there was perhaps more in the area than it appeared.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring the area, with easy access to the town center and surrounding cities. Rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning. Guests can start the day off right with a delicious breakfast and plenty of food options. Staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English.
The hotel seems a bit outdated with old furniture and curtains in the rooms.
